We need to assess your suitability for treatment.  We therefore need you to follow the link below and complete our application form.  Once we have reviewed your case, we can let you know the relevant treatment information and model pricing.  Please indicate on the form that you want to be a model and which date(s) and times you can make.

Model spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.  If you miss your chosen model spot, we can add you on the waiting list for future dates when they are released.  

Please note model prices are not free, but hugely discounted.  We will provide your model price on receipt if your consultation form information.

Models should be ok with students working on them under careful guidance from the teacher.  Photos and videos will be taken for promotional purposes but the face is never shown (unless you are having a facial treatment).

If you do not complete the consultation form then you can’t be considered.  If you have completed the form before, you do not need to complete it again unless it is a different area this time.  You can just email us on info@ink-illusion.com to book in.
